Compatibility and Error Messages

This battery is suitable for the VanMoof S3 and VanMoof X3 . Replacement often resolves the following error messages:

• Error 4, 6, 17, 19, 20, 21

IMPORTANT WARNING: This battery will not provide a solution if the defect is in the Smart Cartridge.

• If the Matrix Display on your bike remains completely black and shows no signs of life, replacing the battery will not solve this problem.
