Boost/Bell Button – Soldering and Assembly Instructions

Included:

• Pushbutton (SPST, IP67)

• Rubber O-ring

• Bolt

Soldering instructions

Manual soldering

• Use a soldering iron with a maximum power of 30W

• Temperature: 350 °C

• Max. soldering time per pin: 5 seconds

Wave soldering (only for PCB mounting)

• Recommended temperature: 260 °C ±5

• Solder contact time: 5 ±1 seconds

Caution: Do not exceed the soldering time or temperature to avoid damage to the internal contacts.

Assembly

• Place the rubber O-ring between the button and the handbrake for waterproofing

• Tighten the knob again

• Max. tightening torque: 1.5 Nm
